Thank you for your interest in our products, for your convenience and security we accept all major credit cards via Paypal at the checkout.
If you would prefer to make a bank transfer please contact our customer care team through the eBay messaging system so they can help you out. (please note that items do not ship until funds are cleared)
1. All items are dispatched from our distribution centres in QLD, NSW or VIC Australia.
2. Many of our items ship Fast and Free but please check the shipping section of each listing for shipping costs and availability to your location.
3. Under normal situations, despatch is within 1 business day of receipt of cleared payment for orders received before 5pm and delivery time typically between 3 to 8 business days after dispatch depending on your location. (Remote areas may require longer delivery time). In most cases a tracking number will be posted on eBay please use this to track the status of your order.
4. We regret that our warehouses are not accessible to the public and we are unable to offer a pick up option.
5. Please pay attention to shipping exclusion areas and check the postage and payments section of the listing before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

6. Our shipping fees include postage and handling costs. If you have selected registered post, tracking numbers are provided via eBay when your order has been dispatched.

8. Please note that some larger items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, where this is the case this will be noted on the listing details.
9. Postage and handling fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each product, we regret that combined postage or postage discounts are therefore not available.

Returns:
We are not happy unless you are delighted with the service you receive. Please contact our customer service team immediately through the eBay messaging system if:
1. You have changed your mind and wish to request a return
2. Your product was damaged during transit
3. You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please ensure that you contact us within 10 days of delivery and images that show the damage to the item and the packaging. Please note it is important to follow the instructions provided by our customer services team via your registered email address so that we can track your return. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from customer service as there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.
Applicable freight fees plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you have changed your mind and wish to return your product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit. The pump on this product is covered by a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects - in the event that you f you need to make a warranty claim please contact our customer care team for guidance. Please note that punctures are not covered under warranty
