Shipping Time / Delivery Time

Order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped on Monday or next working day.

We use USPS. Big order will be shipped via Priority mail (with tracking) automatically without any extra shipping cost.

We'll ONLY ship the item to your PayPal Confirmed Address, so please make sure your shipping address is correct before you buy item.

Buyer need ship to other address (not PayPal confirmed address) should contact before buy item.

Replacement/Exchange

We accept exchange/replace item within 30 days when customer receive merchandise.

Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless any reasons. No exception.

We will process RMA within 7-14 days when we receive the item back. We exchange/replace item if only item is in same condition as when we shipped out. No exception.

Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
