All orders are usaully shipped within 0-2 business days (Read item description for specifics). All orders are shipped to the customers billing address or the address specified by the customer. Shipping insurance is not offered but can be applied upon customer's request. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us. Shipping charges will stay the same for 48 states, but for Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/U.S Territories the shipping will be different. Once the buyer receives the product, the return period will initiate. This period lasts for 7 days, it is the customers responsibility to notify Cypress Computers of any major defects found during its use. If Cypress Computers is notified within the allocated time, the product can be send back for a refund or replacement. (Refund doesn't include shipping/handling charges).
