THE BORING BITS - PLEASE READ
I always try to provide a full and honest description of the goods including any faults. I believe that when a customer receives the item they have purchased there should not be any nasty surprises or disappointment. I have also been caught out a few times and probably will be again, unfortunately. I will do my best not to let this happen when you purchase from me.
WHO BIDS ARE ACCEPTED FROM
I do not accept bids from overseas unless contacted via e-mail beforehand. This restriction may be lifted once contact has been made.
PAYMENT
I accept payment by PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order or Bank transfer. When an item has been won I expect payment, or an indication of payment within 72 hours, otherwise the item will not be held for you. If paying by Cheque or Postal orders, goods will be despatched only after they have cleared. This usually takes 3 working days.
DELIVERY
Goods will be well wrapped for their journey to ensure no damage is collected on the way. I try to post items the first working day following payment. This is usually by standard 1st class mail unless otherwise indicated in the listing. I am happy to send by recorded delivery if this is agreed and paid for at the time of payment. I try to keep Postal charges to that which Royal Mail charges me, and generally I don?t make any charge for packaging. I will e-mail you to inform you that your item has been despatched. If you buy more than one item please contact me before payment is made. Please notify me within 24 hours of delivery of any damage to your purchase. Returns will only be accepted if I am notified within 7 days of receipt, return postage must be paid by the purchaser, and the method used, agreed prior to return.
FEEDBACK
I have 100% hard earned feedback, which I am proud of and wish to keep this rating. I always provide feedback to buyers. I would ask that when buyers receive their goods they provide immediate feedback. This will enable PayPal to release monies to me and also lets me know they have arrived safely. This is in accordance with their payment policies. I hope all my customers will be totally honest when providing feedback on the service they have received.
PROBLEMS
I do not want any of my customers to be unhappy or dissatisfied with their purchase. If you have a problem, please e-mail me as soon as possible so that we can try and rectify it amicably and bring it to a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
