1. The Vertical (top to bottom) dimension first, the Horizontal (left to right) dimension second. Actual sizes are 1/2” (13mm) less than nominal.

We will ship it through Fedex Ground or USPS with tracking number. 

If item is received defective, you have 14 days to notify us and return the product for an exchange.  

Buyer is responsible for shipping fees in case of a return; we will take care of return postage back to the customer.
