I removed this from the plastic baggie myself it had not been touched since it was placed in the bag and sent to Hasbro for evaluation / approval.

This pre-production piece was obtained from the collection of a former Hasbro designer.

This guy is pretty much fully hand painted with deco (but does not have yellow headlights)
