These are a pair of natural light wooden hair sticks perfect for keeping your hair organised for the summer on the beach or out at night.

They are made from a naturally striped Brazilian wood and have been crowned on top with a Coquinho (Brazilian Portuguese meaning 'small coconut') nut.

The hair is simply coiled up and then secured in place by 'skewering' the hair with the pointed wooden sticks, a fast, simple but highly effective way to get the hair under control.

The sticks are handmade so vary quite a bit in length, shape, shade of wood and markings etc. but in general they are about 20cm (7.5") long by about 8mm thick at the blunt end.
