Shipping *We ship globally using eBay Global Shipping Program. *We only use USPS and UPS for shipping our items. *USPS first class is the least shipping service that we use. *Valid tracking number will be provided for each order. *Handling time is 1-2 business days after receiving your order *3-5 days handling time for custom made products like rings with birthstones and items with engravings.

Returns All items with White Diamond, Black Diamond & Birthstone are considered CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS. A 35% Restocking Fee will be charged for these items since they start off as plain rings, they will be laser drilled and stone/s set on the exact ring size you've specified. You have 14 days to return the item (after requesting a return authorization).
NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE for Laser engraved items.
