Any part(s) which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions , and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.

Any purchases that the customer orders incorrectly will result in the customer paying all freight charges with regards to refund and/or replacement of goods back and forth to EMA.

It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that the product(s) you are ordering from EMA is suitable and correct for your application. By pressing "Buy it Now" we assume that you have read and understood our terms and conditions and additionally, that you have ensured the products suitability for your intended purpose.

Orders are dispatched within one to five business days, from the time that payment has been received in full, and delivery time is estimated to be between 1-10 business days depending on your location.

Combined shipping can be arranged when purchasing multiple items from our eBay store.

ENGINE MASTER AUSTRALIA IS UNABLE TO SHIP TO A PO BOX ADDRESS UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENT HAS BEEN MADE FAILURE TO PROVIDE A STREET ADDRESS WILL RESULT IN DELAYS

Due to the eBay and PayPal protection gaurantees Engine Master Australia will not be able to change your shipping address after purchase. Please ensure that your address is correct at time of purchase. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may need to be cancelled and reordered.

Items purchased are shipped from our warehouse in Albury, New South Wales – in some instances items may be sent directly from one of our partners. Our delivery partners are Star Track Express & Australia Post. If, for any reason, your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped you will be notified promptly.

Engine Master Australia ships goods Australia wide.

Providing a telephone number at checkout makes it easier to reach you should there be any questions regarding your order or shipping.

PLEASE ENSURE that you choose an address with someone available to sign for your item, work/business addresses are prefered. If you are not available when the delivery is attempted, goods may be left at your residence unless you specify otherwise before purchase of your item(s) however, a card may be left advising you that your order will be available for you to collect from your local post office, Startrack depot or other freight depot.

If no such arrangements can be made, we, or our delivery partner, will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time (costs may apply)

All goods, unless otherwise requested, are not insured and are the responsibility of the buyer upon leaving Engine Masters premises.

Please note that shipping and handling rates are calculated based upon your location and the size / weight of your order. Some items will need to be manually calculated
(EG: Wheels, Tyres, Seats, Engines) please contact us with the item(s) you are enquiring on, your suburb and postcode for an accurate freight estimation.

Engine Master Australia chooses not to ship internationally on most orders, special considerations can be made: please contact us to discuss international freight options.

EMA will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange* (excluding freight charges and eBay fees). Any goods returned for credit must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.

It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that all components as supplied are correct in respect to configuration in comparison to the item being replaced, not altered from the original manufacturer’s dimensions and/or damaged prior to fitment.

Videos, software, and copyrighted materials cannot be returned for refund once they have been opened.

All returns are subject to inspection by Engine Master Australia and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling*, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any return.

No liability will be attached to Engine Master Australia for any loss of profits and/or any other loss, damage or expense arising out of any defect from supplied componentry

*Improper Handling includes, but is not limited to: Any alterations from original state of the product, Disasembly or Technical Inspection by anyone that has not been approved by Engine Master Australia.
