Double Insulated Brown & Blue 6181Y + 6491X Meter Tails 16mm + 25mm

Mainly used when connecting domestic fuse boards (consumer units) from incoming mains supply. 

6181Y General Wiring cable or surface cable is PVC insulated cable and used primarily for domestic and light industrial usage. The PVC sheath offers additional protection of the cable and it is advised that it is not installed where there is a risk of mechanical damage to it. 6181Y cable features a plain annealed circular copper conductor, PVC insulation, PVC sheath and is available in brown/grey or blue/grey. Minimum Bending Radius: Up to 10mm2 - 3 x overall diameter Above 25mm2 - 4 x overall diameter. Voltage Rating: 300/500 or 600/1000 volts. Sheath Colour Grey.

6491X cable (H07V-R) is PVC Insulated cable and suitable for power circuits, lighting circuits and building wiring. The 6491X cable is designed for installing fixed wiring in domestic, Industrial power and lighting applications and can be used in conduit, trunking, or, can also be surface mounted when used as an earth.  Minimum Bending Radius: Up to 10mm2 - 3 x overall diameter Above 25mm2 - 6 x overall diameter. Voltage Rating: 450/750 volts Sheath Colour Green and Yellow.

Standards: BS6004 BS EN 50525-2-3. Flame propagation to BS EN 50265.

Conductor: Stranded plain annealed compacted circular copper conductor.
