In case you change your mind

We are happy to accept returns should you decide to change your mind about a particular purchase. You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the item. You must inform us in writing about the cancellation of order as soon as possible. The product(s) must be returned to us as soon as reasonably possible at your own cost. You have an obligation to take care of the product and all it’s parts. The product must be returned in original packaging, sealed and in a saleable condition. A refund will only be issued after product is examined and deemed fit for restocking.

If you want to cancel your item before it’s delivered to you, please contact us as soon as possible. We strive to dispatch the orders as soon as we receive them, therefore, it might not always be possible to cancel your order. In case we are unable to cancel your order and you refuse to accept the delivery, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund amount.  

Damaged or Faulty Products

We try our very best to send your items in perfect condition but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We use third party couriers and in very few cases the outer packaging gets damaged in the transit. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, please return it as soon as possible for a full refund. We might ask you to take photographs of the packaging so that we can investigate it with our courier. 

If you think the product is faulty and not functioning properly, please let us know as soon as possible. Majority of our products come with manufacturer’s warranty and the manufacturer will be able to help you in most cases by replacing or repairing your products. If advised by us, please return the items to us for a detailed examination, and if found faulty or damaged, we will process a refund or replace the item for you. Please make sure when you return faulty or damaged items, you include details about the fault or damage with your return delivery. 

Please take good care when packing the product for a return as we will not be responsible for any damage caused during the transit. Please include all the parts with the package as items with missing parts are no use to us and you may not be able to get your refund.  It is advised that you use tracked delivery services in order to keep track of the delivery. We will not be responsible if the item is lost during the return delivery. Please always include your name, order details, and the reasons for return when you return your items. 

In all instances, please do not return any items without contacting us first so that we can register your return in our system. Any items returned without contacting us beforehand will cause delays in processing your refund. 
 
For certain items that are still within the manufacturers guarantee period including macerators, shower pumps, waste disposers we may refer you to the manufacturers, who will be able to send an engineer out to your premises to either repair or replace the item.  We can only replace such items with the authority of the manufacturer.

1)  Formation of contract between You & Us


When we list an item on our eBay Shop, we are making an offer to sell those items to you. A legal contract is formed between us when you click on the Buy it Now Button or place highest bid on a Product listed as Auction. 

A separate contract will be formed between us every time you click on Buy it Now Button or place highest bid on more than one products listed separately. 


2) Prices & Payments

All prices are VAT inclusive. The prices of the products are shown in the listing and any delivery charges are quoted in the listing as well.

The refund will only be made by using the same method originally used by you to place an order.
