As part of our goal in creating value for our clients, we also sell second hand products which can help budgets stretch that little bit further! This includes ex-hire items from our hire range and goods obtained as a part-exchange from customers purchasing our goods. Currently, we also have a large quantity of furniture available which have been previously used in the recent Australian Gold Coast Commonwealth Games!

Traders & Resellers are welcome! Over one third of our business is from trade buyers who resell our product on their website or in their stores. Dependant on volumes, custom pricing can be discussed. We are happy to dropship to your customers using delivery notes with your brand logo.

Collection from London, Tilbury, RM15 (Just off the M25, not LEZ or congestion zone)or Delivery to UK & Europe.

Delivery of the goods will be made to the customer once payment has been received and cleared. The delivery note must be sign by an adult.

Front Row Furniture will only delivery kerbside, unless specifically requested by the customer at the time of placing the order. The customer must assist the courier with unloading.

The items must be checked prior to leaving a signature on the delivery note and we strongly recommend both counting the items and checking for any transit damage that may incurred before the driver leaves. This may affect an recourse you have if you later find that goods have been damaged in transit.

We will always notify you of a delivery date once the good have been paid for. We always try to honour the delivery date, but please be advised that delay are sometimes inevitable due to Force Majeure, therefore Front Row furniture will not accept any liability for any such delays.

We aim to deliver your in stockitems up to 7 working days after the order is placed, usually sooner and we deliver small orders the next day.

If the customer is unable to take delivery within the agreed time, without good reason, Front Row Furniture will issue a re delivery charge before a second delivery attempt is made.

Front Row furniture deliver Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)during business hours, unless discussed with the customer when delivery is arranged.

REFUND POLICY

Items available from stock may be cancelled, provided the goods have not been dispatched. For sales made to consumers, under the Consumer Rights Directive ('CRD'), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. For example, if you receive your order on a Thursday, you have 14 days from Friday to return your order to us. To do this you must let us know in writing by emailing us on [email removed by eBay, when you return your order. Refunds for orders cancelled under the CRD will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.

You must take good care of the items while they are in your possession and they must be returned to us in their original condition. We may agree to collect your items for you and if we do so, you will be charged the cost of collection which is a minimum of £50+VAT.

All items will be subject to a minimum of 10% restocking fee, but this may be as high as 50% of the value. Any items removed from their packaging will be charged a minimum of 40% restocking fee. Any items showing signs of use or damage, will not be eligible for a refund

We do not offer refunds for items manufactured to customer's order.

This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the CRD. Full details of your rights are available from a Citizen's Advice Bureau or a Local Authority Trading Standards Office. These Regulations do not apply to made to order and made to measure items and bespoke furniture.
