6) Valuable items and objects that do not meet Letter Mail requirements purchased by Canada customers will generally ship with tracking via Canada Post.
7) Please ask any questions or raise any concerns BEFORE purchasing. Please make sure you are 100% sure you want the item BEFORE purchasing. We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order if you change your mind!

13) USA & International customers packages always ship with tracking. USA & International customers are responsible for paying any import fees, taxes or duties, if they are applicable.
14) If you are not happy with the price of an item, please don't message us complaining about it. In some cases, prices may be set high for a variety of reasons. If you can buy it cheaper somewhere else, please go buy it there instead.
15) If you purchase multiple items at the same time, we will typically ship them together in the same package (combined shipping). There is typically no refund for shipping costs, even when items are combined, as our listings typically already charge the buyer less than what we actually pay for shipping.
