This tester is designed according to the GB 4852 (Chinese national standard), suitable for pressure sensitive adhesive tapes and some related items stickiness testing.


Working principle:  adopting the oblique plane balling roll method, when the ball shortly touches the stickiness side of the pressure sensitive adhesive tapes testing sample by small pressure, use the adhesive function that the adhesive tapes works on the ball to judge the original stickiness of the sample.

Main parts: oblique plane, balls container, stand, adjustable horizontal base, ball, etc.

Operation instruction: Placing the sticky plane face up.

Placing it on the 30 ℃ oblique testing plane.

 Put the rolling ball (starting from the biggest size).

 Rolling them one by one in turn.

 Recording the ball number that can stick on the sample for 5 seconds or longer.
