Brand new and definitely not used. Amazon customer returned it because it was "bigger than what she had in mind". 

Great value as is but if you don't agree, just make an offer!

Also - please follow my store as we grow and offer more products! I sell on Amazon but have been recently trying to get rid of damaged goods here. I say damaged but really it is brand new product like this with slight packaging damage.
