This is an engraving from Fores’s Coaching Recollections, titled “ The Olden Time”, published in London in 1874. It’s after a painting by C.C. Henderson and engraved by H. Papprill, with
the colored portion of the engraving, measuring 11 7/8”x 7 7/8” and has some toning around
the white outer border, but in relatively good condition. It’s behind a newer hand colored mat,
in a very nice frame measuring 21.5”x 18.5”.
