Yamaha FZR400 Carburettor float bowl , From a set of 1WG carburettors which I believe is 1986 but please check photos carefully before purchase  

Drain plug is turning freely 

This may fit some later years but please check pictures carefully before purchase

This is for the left hand or 1 or 2 carbs as you are sat on the bike looking down counting from left to right
