Where You have purchased the Goods as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that You are entitled to cancel any contract completed with Us within 7 working days, beginning on the day after receipt of the Goods. If You do cancel a contract pursuant to this clause, then: i) You must notify Us in writing by sending an e-mail to support@flytyingcompany.com ii) You must retain possession of the Goods and ensure that the Goods are kept in the same condition as they were when they were delivered until such time as the Goods are either collected by Us or delivered back to Us by You; iii) We will notify You of when We wish to collect the Goods. The Goods will be collected by Us within 28 days of Our receiving Your cancellation notice and We will charge You the cost of collecting the Goods, and will deduct this from any sum owed by Us to You. iv) We will refund any monies You have paid to Us (less any costs of collection incurred pursuant to paragraph iii above) within 30 days of receipt of Your cancellation notice.

We ship our items via worldwide using lth Royal Mail and Selected Couriers. We combine all orders and the eBay system should do this automatically. In the event it doesn't, please request a total.
