In Greece called ‘Ergolavi’ is a sweet dessert Greek version of a French soft biscuit, cookie macaroon garnished on the top with a small maraschino cherry.
It has a very soft fragrance and a mild sweet tasting.
Can be consumed easily all year round without the need for a refrigerator.
They are not missing from any Greek home.
They are very popular and offered at many events such as weddings, baptisms & celebrations.
