The inside middle has 80 lined sheets measuring 4 X 6.75 inches in an open and close six ring binder type organizer where you may add or remove paper. The replaced pen secures the binder wallet through an open slot in the front. The binder wallet weighs approximately 12 ounces. The inside left of the wallet has 4 credit card and picture slots and a place for checkbook and paper money. The right side holds a slot for a writing pad and extra pen (not included). The attractive color and fashionable design stand out. It is made of soft leather and other materials.  It would make a wonderful gift or for personal use. This item is Pre-Owned but NOT USED. It was used for display, placed in storage (mild handling) and is in good condition. There is a small lifting of material where the pen inserts on the left side. Item looks beautiful.
