The AD8349 is a high performance quadrature modulator designed for use as a single stage upconverter in wireless infrastructure equipment. The device provides high output power and very low noise floor, can significantly improve the output signal range. In addition, excellent phase and amplitude balance accuracy supports high sideband rejection for high-order / high-capacity QAM modulated radios. The device has been tested for use in the common cellular band (900 MHz, 1.9 GHz, 2.1 GHz) and conforms to the CDMA / GSM Edge / W-CDMA standard requirements.
