An extremely rare vintage "Vebo Combination Titler - Mark II Model".
For adding titles to your 8mm / 16mm / 9.5mm cine films. You can have the title at varying distances from the camera by using different lengths of screw-in extending legs - there are 4 parts for each side so you can get a very good distance between camera and title board.
This is an extremely well-made item, and finished really well, with a soft, brown feet-like coating over the body of the main part of the unit. Your camera attaches to this part in various optional positions using the silver screw provided - these screws into the tripod mount on the bottom of your camera.
At the end of the extending arms, there is a frame that is very easily created that you can clip your chosen title into using the upright metal arms and 4 x small bulldog clips, also included.
Once you have finished, the way this folds down and packs inside itself and back into such a small box is nothing short of genius!!
A truly fantastic unit and extremely rare - I cannot find another one, even a picture of one, anywhere on Google!!
IMPORTANT - CONDITION REPORT : Used but in excellent condition. Appears to be complete. I am not sure if there would have originally been any title cards present - there are NOT any now so you will have to create your own. However, it certainly looks like all original parts of the main unit are present. It is in the original box and includes 2 lots of instructions, a Vebo set square, a Vebo price list and even the original quality control packing slip!
