Shipping:

  • We will ship within 3 business days (exclude Public Holidays in HK and Sunday) after receiving cleared payment.

  • This item will be shipped from Hong Kong through Standard Air Mail or EMS Speedpost by Hong Kong Post. Standard Air Mail takes around 8 -17 business days to USA / Canada while EMS Speedpost takes around 2 – 13 business days to USA / Canada, given that customs clearance process is smooth.

  • Shipping cost listed only applies to delivery address within USA & Canada, please do not purchase the item if you do not agree with shipping cost. For other destinations, please email us for shipping quote before purchase.

  • For safe and smooth delivery, please provide concrete and complete shipping address and include your phone number for shipping purpose. We only ship to verified Paypal addresses.

Return policy:

To return an item:

  • Please email us with order details, reasons of the return and photos within 7 days after receiving the item.

  • Obtain a RMA number & return shipping address from us for any return items.

  • Return item must have all original packaging and accessories. All items need to be returned in the exact same condition as you received.

  • Return item must be returned to us within 14 days upon its arrival and buyer needs to pay for return freight in any case.
