Our Bi-metal Hole Saws are made out of M35 HSS (5% cobalt) so they offer smoother cutting through various materials

Variable pitch - 4/6 TPI

The tooth configuration is ideal for gliding through material to provide smooth cuts. Made of bi-metal HSS (high-speed steel) containing 8% cobalt alloy, this hole saw has less risk of tooth breakage and higher heat resistance for long-lasting cutting. Use this hole saw when cutting through wood, metal and plastics The bi-metal Hole Saw fits all standard adapters on the market.

The optimum RPM varies depending on the diameter of the holesaw you are using, please see out RPM chart below for the recommended speed to run at on different materials - The recommended speed is also detailed on the packaging of the holesaws for easy reference -
