• We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail, Monday to Friday
• We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays/Sundays and Public Holidays.
• On the basis that an order is placed prior to 2.00pm on any working day, the order will be dispatched on the same day
• We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of cleared payment.
• All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse.

           The typical delivery times are:

·         Track 48 (Takes up to 2-3 working days) 

·         Track 24 (Takes 1 to 2 Working Days)

·         Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery (Delivered the next working day after dispatch)

·         Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and Friday after 2.00pm, will be processed the next working day (i.e Monday, or Tuesday if a bank holiday occurs)

·         Every order is put on a tracked delivery.

• We accept payment through PayPal or your credit/debit card on our website
• We require cleared funds before we can dispatch your order.
