This is for a NOS (New Old Stock) square steel muffler hanger washer used on Rolls-Royce and Bentley (1946 - 1959) 

Used on the rubber muffler hanger on the bolt (head) side of the rubber hanger

The third picture show them being used on both the 2 and 4 hole hangers

In my other auctions I am selling both types of rubber hangers (2 & 4 hole)
