This is for a complete set (3) of rear transmission rubber disks used on the back end of a manual transmission on Rolls-Royce and Bentley (1946 - 1959) 

You know when these go bad - you can feel it in the gear shift on start ups, the gear shift lever shakes.  These disks often go over looked in normal maintenance
