We are Australia's Baby Specialist owned and operated by ECO Imports Pty Ltd

Previously operating as PampersNappies.com.au we are an independent importer and retailer of leading brands of Baby Products.

All goods ship from our Sydney warehouses.

Our Nappies are sourced from Europe and only available online and via selected resellers

ThatBabyShop offer several payments options providing privacy and discretion.

Credit Card- For Credit Card Payments we will contact you with instructions once the order is placed.

An order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address on completion of the transaction, a tax invoice will follow by email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

EFT - EFT payments can be made via this site for Australian Domestic shipments only. Note: we do not accept EFT payments for orders placed outside Australia. Please process your order via the shopping cart and choose Bank Transfer Payments when proceeding through checkout. On confirmation of your order an email will be sent to you detailing our account details. Please arrange for the bank transfer using normal methods and mark your order number on the comments field of your payment.

When the funds have cleared our account the goods will be dispatched. Please note we will only reserve goods ordered by EFT payment for 14 days before releasing the products back into stock and automatically cancelling the order.

Paypal - Simply select the Paypal Payment option during checkout, login into Paypal when redirected to the Paypal website and confirm payment. You will then be returned to ThatBabyShop.com to confirm the order.

Cheque and Money Orders - Please select Cheque payment method during checkout.

Monthly Subscriptions - We can organise a subscription program so that customers do not have to place regular orders. Standard orders can be shipped on a periodic basis and cancelled or changed at any time. Simply use the contact us page and let us know what your requirements are.

All cheques and money orders should be made payable to ECO Imports P/L. Please forward your payment, ( write your order number on the back of the cheque. This will be given to you when we contact you ) and post to the following address :

We will only ship the goods once funds have cleared our bank or PAYPAL account.

Shipping

We use a variety of shipping solutions in order to give the consumer the best possible choice. The company shall ship all goods within 1-2 business days of orders being paid and completed.

In the rare situations where stock is not available for dispatch within 2 business days we will call or email the customer and offer a full refund if an acceptable delivery date cannot be agreed upon.

The company uses third party providers for shipping and we do not accept any liability for damage and loss of goods on behalf of the partners. Unless specified at checkout our preferred domestic shipping providers are AAE (Australian Air Express), Australia Eparcel, TNT, Couriers Please, Mainfreight and Fastway Couriers (Sydney Metro Areas). Delivery to most domestic addresses is 1-7 days via a Tracked service.

Combined Freight
We offer combined freight rates when multiple items are purchased. The cost will be approximately 100% of the first items shipping cost + 50% of the shipping cost for each additional item ordered

Company Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Policy only applies to products sold by ThatBabyShop on ourEbay store. It does not apply to products sold by third parties, where third parties may be retailers, wholesalers or other merchants. These third parties are responsible for all faults and returns of goods.

Returns are simple and easy.
We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any unopened Nappy or Wipes cartons subject to the following conditions

• Have the original invoice attached
• Are in their original packaging
• Are not used.
• Are not damaged due to unpacking or misuse.

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error - for example an incorrect item shipped.

Cancel Order Requests
With any cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event that the product is shipped, you will be charged for the order. if you wish to cancel your order, contact us ASAP using the details below and quote your order number.
