A special formulation for adding to ultrasonic cleaners for cleaning engine parts including carburettors, valves, jets, injectors etc. It safely removes muck including general soiling, carbon, petrol residue (aka petrol varnish), grease etc. The cleaning fluid will not damage, corrode or darken metal components. Safe on brass, aluminium, plastic and rubber seals.
The carb cleaning fluid works brilliantly on alloy and aluminium castings, not only removing physical dirt, but it also visually (cosmetically) brightens dulling that occurs over time. NOTE: Obviously it can't make a part look better than it did when it left the manufacturer's factory "way-back-when", but the end results are very impressive.
Directions:
The concentrate is added to water at a ratio of 1 part concentrate to 10 parts of water. The operating temperature of ultrasonic bath should be set between 50 - 80 degrees centigrade. After cleaning, rinse the parts thoroughly with clean water. The fluid needs changing when you can't see the bottom of the tank. Always test before use on new items.
