This gorgeous vintage brooch or pendant was crafted from solid 18k yellow gold and displays absolutely amazing open work throughout. The brooch carries a larger oval cabochon cut turquoise stone at its center with a rich deep bluish-green color and black matrix. Two round cultured pearls are also set at the center accenting the turquoise nicely. The center section appears to have a matte finish which really allows the 3 center stones to pop. The piece also has a halo around the center section consisting of alternating round cultured pearls and turquoise stones. The turquoise are round cabochon cut and are approximately 2.35mm in diameter with deep to dark bluish-green color. The cultured pearls are from 3.2 to 3.5mm in diameter and are very fine quality with white color and excellent luster. The pin and trombone-style closure are in perfect working condition. This brooch can also be worn as a pendant using the bail that is attached to its top. This is a beautiful and 100% ready to wear vintage piece that displays gorgeous design work. Enjoy!
