I do not have the password or security code for the current programming in this terminal.

You will need to have the programming cleared and a new configuration installed. 

I do not know the details on how to do that.

The terminal has 3 I/O ports:

• RJ11 for telephone line
• RJ45 for RS232
• RJ45 for remote keypad
