Not to worry simply forward us your design requirements along with relevant details and we will design it for you.
We will send you a proof of your design before finalising for print.
FREE design is text only anything more required we charge a fee starting from £15 for design.
For logo design or replication we charge a fee starting from £15 this varies depending on the complexity of the design and can go up to £30,
the file we design for you stays on our server. If you wish for us to send you the design files so you can use elsewhere then
for this we charge a fee of £15 on top of the design fee and we will supply you hi-res files in various formats.

Installation

Magnetic Signs are suitable for application to flat surfaces only.
Make sure surfaces are clean and free from dust, dirt & moisture before applying.
Signs should be removed regularly to allow the surfaces to be re cleaned and dried.
Signs can easily be shaped or trimmed to specific shapes or cut to fit across door panels, if required, using scissors or a utility knife.

Maintenance

Signs should be removed regularly to allow the surfaces to be re cleaned and dried. Signs can be cleaned with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Store signs flat when not in use. Full instructions will be supplied with your order.

Dispatch & Delivery

Please see your ebay for approx date of delivery.
We will only print after recieving your approval to print if we are deisgning artwork for you.
For next day delivery when possible all artwork has to be in/approved by 11am after this time we cannot guarantee dispatch the same day.
For sameday turnaround if possible we charge a fee of £20.00 for this service print ready artwork must be sent to us no later than 11am, for large orders/large sized magnets
same day turnaround may not be possible. Please contact us via ebay message for further details.


Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is sent via My Hermes (2-3 working days). Note this time scale is only AFTER the item is dispatched.
Items larger than 120cm in length and 60cm in width will sent via Yodel (2-3 working days).


Next Day Delivery

For next day delivery please select next day shipping accordingly. For next day delivery all artwork needs to be in by 11am and needs to be print ready, after this time we cannot guarantee dispatch on the same day but will be the following day.


Please Note:

We do NOT guarantee delivery times as once your item is with the courier it is out of our control. We can only send out your parcel on time via the service you paid for, if it is a day late or two please note we are not to blame for this as we will dispatch your item within the stated time. Should you require a guaranteed delivery service there will be an extra charge.


Saturday Delivery

Should you require the item for Saturday Delivery please note there is an extra charge for this service.


Free Delivery

Free delivery applies to UK mainland only. Certain parts in the UK although classed as within UK these carry an extra delivery surcharge,
standard surcharge fee is £8.50 however this may be more depending on the parcel size,weight and location.

Areas which surcharges apply are:
Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, PO Box
