Vintage RARE Franciscan Sierra Sand PEPPER MILL or GRINDER

Very hard to find pepper mill. Speckled off-white background color with rings of brown, tan and green.  In excellent condition with no issues to note other than some minor surface marks and scratches to the stainless top. Has pepper corns in it and seems to grind fine but feels slightly loose when you turn the handle. Last pic is pepper that came out of it in my sink when I tested it. About 10" tall to top of handle. Will weigh about 2 lbs packed safely. Thank you.
