Buying

If you are purchasing more than one item please add your items to your Shopping Cart (click ADD to Cart) first before proceeding to make the payment. This way you save money and only pay one postage.

Please make payment within 5 days after winning your item.

If you're having challenges with payment please let us know. If no payment is made and no contact within 7 days, an unpaid item dispute will be opened in order to finalise the transaction. For your convenience we offer a wide range of payment methods such as Bank Deposit, Credit Cards, E-cheque via Paypal.

***International Purchases: All foreign customs, import duties and any taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser, we cannot pre-pay these charges. 

No Hassle Exchange or Refund

• Returns must be within 30 days via registered post (we will not take responsibility for any losses)
• Labels must be still attached to item and it is returned in original undamaged packaging/boxes with tags in place.
• Garments have not been worn, soiled or damaged in any way. Please fold garment neatly and flat. We will examine the articles before any returns will be accepted.
• The items must not have been changed or altered in any way
• All postage costs will be paid for, on exchanges & returns, these are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Exchanges - You may exchange your item for a different size/colour or another suitable item.
• Refunds – All refunds paid will be less the original postage costs and will take approx 7 business days to process
• Discount Vouchers cannot be used for exchanges
