• This listing is for REPAIR SERVICE for Segway NineBot MiniPro only.
• If your battery has these symptoms: Not charging; Failing charge with Beeping codes, 4 RED blinking LED..ect..
• Use 3mm Hex wrench to remove battery from Segway scooter (fig 2)
• DO NOT touch any internal electrical components, failure to do so you could have serious electric shock (fig 3)
• Verify that the battery light is illuminated (fig 4)
• Carefully pack the battery and mail it to my provide address (you pay for shipping). Take a photo of your battery with its serial number for your record.
• My crews have successfully restored 100% of the batteries back to life in the last 3 years.

We will refund money back to you if battery water damaged, physical broken, non-repairable, NOT Minipro type. In these caces, you will have an option to have it return to you with cost shipping of $15 to cover the shipping cost back to you.
