What is Cubic Zirconia?

Commonly known as CZ, Cubic Zirconia is the most popular man-made diamond substitute. It’s a nice substitute because like diamonds, it is cubic in its crystal formation and omits a fairly similar fire and sparkle when held up to the light. On the Mohs scale of hardness, a genuine diamond is a 10 while cubic zirconia is a very near 8.5-9.

Swarovski is a brand of ‘lead glass crystal’. Swarovski crystals are cheaper than cubic zirconia. This is due to the complicated manufacturing process and materials used in CZ. It’s also worth noting that CZ is more durable than Swarovski Crystals and can be cut with more facets, offering a better light refraction than Swarovski crystals.

This range of rings has been fitted with CZ Crystals, sourced from Russia.
Russian CZs are the finest cubic zirconia available. Superior cutting & polishing, for maximum brilliance, create a noticeable difference between our Russian CZs and the conventional grades of cubic zirconia which are mass produced in China. Buy with confidence!

MEASUREMENTS

Available in three sizes, the approximate measurements of the ring can be seen in the table below. Please note that the main measurement of the ring head parts, and weight, is approximately the same in all sizes. The only difference is to the actual hole that your finger goes through.

Please also note, that the UK and US sizes given for the internal diameter (millimeter) equivalent, are approximate, as these vary slightly, according to different guides and charts online, so we would recommend choosing the ring for its MM size, as this is absolutely correct and each ring is checked by us, using a digital vernier caliper.
