High-protein, low-carbohydrate and grain free diets feature farm-fresh ingredients in a biologically appropriate ratio of 80 percent meat, 20 percent fruit and vegetables, and zero grain. Any item that is returned to us either by you or the courier because they could not deliver due to nobody being in at the specified address, you did not contact us to re arrange delivery or you did not collect from the Post Office, will be subject to a refund minus the original cost of the delivery. All items are attempted twice but items sent via courier ALWAYS require a signature, unless specified to leave safe. For all items sent via courier, the refund will also be subject to the re delivery cost back to us. No exceptions will be made.
