The professional battery grip offers you perfect handling for portrait format shots. Pictures can be taken easily and conveniently using a shutter button located on the bottom.
Double camera runtime by using 2 LP-E6 batteries. Extend the camera runtime, especially for long “photo campaigns”. The battery grip can also be operated with just one LP-E6.
The battery grip includes 2 removable battery holders. One for 2x LP-E6 and one for 6x AA batteries (mignon cells).
Buttons and dials on the handle:
Trigger with 2 pressure points (focus, release)
On/off switch for the handle
AF-ON button
AE/FE lock/index/reduce button
AF point selection/magnification button
Main dial
On the underside, the portrait format handle has a tripod thread and an eyelet for attaching a hand strap.
The battery grip was designed to be weight-optimized and, of course, adapts to the camera housing precisely and in true color and style.
