Condition:
Sequels is not the original owners of the items we list. They are all from our clients as we are a consignment store.  Therefore, the original tags/receipts/authenticity cards/sleeper bags or boxes are not always provided by the original owner. The listing will mention if we have them. Please read through the entire description before  asking questions

Due to the nature of gently worn clothing & accessories, all items are sold as is/as described condition.  All items are in wearable/usable condition. Please remember that unless specified all items have been used and will show varying signs of use/wear. We always list the obvious staining/spotting/discoloration and damage/defects to material to the best of our abilities. However, some slight imperfections that will not show or affect wearing/using the item may slip by or not be considered worth mentioning.Therefore, please review the item description carefully before bidding. Any imperfections will be photographed so please review pictures carefully.

We do not know the last time items were cleaned as items are owned by our clients. Also we do not know if our clients have a smoke-free or pet-free homes.  Therefore, if you are sensitive to smells, have allergies (ie,perfume,smoke,or any other odors) presume the items have been around it & would need to be cleaned.  Unless its stated that we have personally dry-cleaned or laundered the items, it would be the responsibility of the buyer to do so.

Some of the clothes we sell are bigger than the mannequin we use. Therefore, items may be clipped to show intended fit.  Please check measurements carefully as each designer label runs differently. Measurements are exact so please allow room for movement.

Shipping:
We ship daily & Insurance is strongly recommended, as we cannot be responsible for your item(s) without it.  PLEASE NOTE: We ship Domestic for $9.95 via USPS PRIORITY & International via USPS Priority or EXPRESS Mail only.  NO PARCEL POST OR FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - NO EXCEPTIONS! PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TO REQUEST THIS TYPE OF SHIPPING.
California residents please add 9.75% sales tax.  If you pay with PayPal & if the item is over $250 we require signature confirmation - NO EXCEPTIONS!

PLEASE NOTE: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. We are not responsible for a timely delivery due to varying International customs delays.

Returns:
Please email any questions before bidding. RETURN POLICY: Only items that are received VASTLY different than described will be accepted for returns. Please contact us in eBay with your "Return Reason" for our acceptance before you select "Return this Item", ship the item back within 30 days from the delivery date, all 30 day returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, but we will happily waive the restocking fee if you ship the item back within 3 business days. Important for All Returns: the shipping cost is non-refundable, buyer pays the shipping, the item must be sent back in the same condition, including all parts and all tags, with no signs or scents of wear or neglect. Post tracking in eBay within the required time.
Returns that do not follow these requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer.
