This listing is for one ( 1 ) HO scale Quonset Hut  This is a card stock (paper) kit. Very detailed and low cost alternative to populating your layout with structures. 

Comes with 4 bay windows that you can place to your liking, or left out for a more simplistic appearance.  Also included is a small selection of signage also optional to apply.

Scale dimensions are 20 ft wide, 10 ft high and 38 ft long.

A Quonset hut is a lightweight prefabricated structure of corrugated galvanized steel. The design was developed in the United States, based on the Nissen hut introduced by the British during World War I. Hundreds of thousands were produced during World War II and military surplus was sold to the public.


No cutting is required! Easy easy easy!!

All pieces come pre-cut with perforated folding areas.  Our production process takes all the guesswork out for you! Only a narrow pair of tweezers (not included) to help with some very small parts and a ruler or straight edge to make nice crisp folds for the base support sides. 

Card Stock is a form of thick PAPER. This is NOT a wooden or plastic kit.

-simple assembly required. Glue not included. SHIPS VIA STANDARD LETTER MAIL - NO TRACKING in a 6x9" kraft (yellow) envelope.  I ship internationally so if you have trouble finding a postage quote, feel free to message me.



Assembly time is as little as 45 minutes with experience paper modelling for the kit. A very basic instructional diagram sheet will be included. Very easy!!


This is a model kit and once assembled properly it will resemble the one pictured here.

Returns:

  • Accepted at buyers cost of shipping unopened/undamaged from original shipping condition if:

    • Not satisfied with quality, purchased in buyers error. Refund will not cover original shipping fee.

  • Accepted it our cost both ways if:

    • There was an error in the listing or the item is not as described in the listing.

    • the item is defective / damaged in a way which prevents assembly or a lighting feature is DOA.
