Shipping/Handling time, when at all possible, will be one day excluding weekends, holidays or anytime the carrier is closed. You must order and pay for your item or items immediately for this service. Your order and payment must be received by 12 noon (CST) of the day of order for this service and will be shipped the next day. If your order or payment is received after 12 noon(CST), add one day to this service.  If your order and payment is on a weekend, holiday or anytime the carrier is closed, your item or items will be shipped the next business day they are open. This service is excluded on large items that require special packaging and handling. You must proved the proper address for the carrier listed on your order.

Shipping includes (When possible) careful packaging with lots of bubble wrap and popcorn, reasonable handling fee, heavy duty box, tracking number and delivery confirmation. Please be aware that I have no control over the USPS rates and eBay and PayPal profit from every postage fee charged to you but I will mail the least expensive and safest way. Combining items for shipment may mean that I will have to change the shipping method due to size and weight, USPS does not ship large packages. If at all possible, I will combine items, not cost. Glass items are difficult to combine and mail safely, but I will try in all cases.  Combining glass, porcelain, china, crystal or ceramic items is NOT recommended. If you insist on combining these items, you items are relieving me of any and all responsibility for breakage.  If you wish to combine shipping costs when you purchase multiple items, you must contact me before you pay so I can adjust shipping costs and invoice you, or adjust the cost in my ad before you pay, otherwise I cannot combine the costs.

Refunds/Returns - You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. All items must be returned in good condition, no later than 14 days after delivery date. Items must be shipped at the same rate and manner they were shipped to you. Most of my packages are sent "Priority" mail, therefore they must be returned the same way. Make sure to email me the return tracking number. Please read ad carefully to avoid returns. A 20% restocking fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount. Carefully wrap items in original wrapping materials.

Payments - Any items that are up for auction must be paid for within 72 hours of purchase or I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist. All other payments are immediate. I do not accept any payment plans, layaway or hold orders.

Replacements - All items are sold on a as is bases. If I have and I agree to a replacement, the original piece must be returned to me with 14 days, in good condition. All additional postage to ship replacement is to paid before shipping by buyer. I am not responsible for any manufactures flaws.

Broken Items - Although I have had very few items broken, it does happen sometimes. I do not take any responsibility for breakage during shipping due to the rough handling by that carriers workers.  Please email verification pictures of both the box or envelope and the broken items. If there are items that are not broken but you want a full refund, you must return the unbroken items in good condition before a refund is given. All packages are insured and refunds will be made when I receive payment from the carrier. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. DO NOT try to repair, or send any items out to be repaired. This will be my responsibility. There is no reimbursement for any unauthorized repairs. Please follow the same return instructions listed under "Refunds/Returns". If there are more than one item and only one is broken and you wish to keep the remaining items, only the cost of the item will be refunded. Any broken shipped items must be kept and all packing materials and box for inspection for at least 5 days for UPS and longer for USPS. Do not throw anything away.  If any items are damaged or broken after the buyer receives it, they will not be accepted for return or refund.

Minnesota Sales Tax  - For all sales in Minnesota a appropriate sales tax is charged and paid to the State of Minnesota.

Customer Satisfaction - I strive to have all my customers totally satisfied with their purchases and their buying experience with me. Therefore, please do not leave negative feedback, open a case or file a complaint without allowing me time to correct any problems or complaints.

All used/previously owned items are offered on an "As Is" basis. I do not take any responsibility for any manufactures errors in descriptions or flaws and defects.
