How to receive your item
1. Buy the listed item.
2. Select Canvas, Paper poster, or digital pdf file.
3. In the notes section at checkout, include the details to include on the sign. e.g. the wedding of Aaron and Julia, 5 December 2020
4. You will be sent your sign via ebay message within 1 business day.
5. a) If you purchased a digital download file, you can immediately download the file in the ebay message and start using it.
b) if you purchased a canvas or poster, you will have 1 business day to provide any feedback on the received sign or approve it. Your poster/canvas will then go into production and will be posted out to you within 20 business days. Delays in approval will result in the product being pushed into production without your feedback.
