Product Description

The Groov-e Light Curve is a wake-up light alarm clock with radio. There are eight kinds of alarm sounds, 1-6 are natural wake up sounds, 7 is a beep and 8 is the FM radio. The wake-up light time options are 10/20/30 minutes, displayed as “0:10/0:20/0:30”. During the alarm the volume gradually increases to help wake you up. The snooze period is set at 10 minutes, all other functions during this time will stop and the alarm will ring for 1 hour is not switched off.

To choose your wake up light functions, set the mode to either: Wake-up light + alarm or wake-up light only. Once you have set the alarm time, select the wake –up light function period to begin either 10/20/30 minutes earlier. When the wake-up light function period is reached, the wake-up function will begin. The light brightens gradually through ten levels, emulating a sunrise and will be at its brightest when the alarm time is reached. During the wake-up process you can press the bell symbol to stop the light becoming any brighter. Other touch sensitive buttons will not function during alarms/wake-up process.

The sleep function acts as a sunset simulator, slowly decreasing the light on the unit and eventually switching it off. You can select your sleep time setting between OFF/10/20/30 minutes. When there is no wake-up light activated or alarm ringing you can use the touch sensitive dimmer controls for the brightness levels. Short press the sun icon to start of srop the sunlight function. Then use the +/- buttons to adjust the brightness through the 10 levels of dimming. Long press the sun icon to activate the RGB mood light and get the various colour lights will cycle in turn. Short press the sun icon to pause/continue the cycle and use the +/- buttons to select your preferred colour of mood light. In the event of a power failure there is no clock display, but the clock timing is maintained for 3 months by the battery back-up function.

Payment
All goods are to be paid for through eBay Payments. This payment method is safe, secure and processes both credit and debit cards as well as the PayPal service. Please pay for your item(s) as soon as the purchase has been made to avoid delay in the handling and dispatch time. All goods are dispatched within 24 hours of the payment being cleared, however as mentioned, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery
All completed orders received before 2.30pm will be processed and dispatched the same working day. Any orders placed after 2.30pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Unfortunately, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

UK Delivery (Standard)
We offer Free UK Delivery on all purchases with us. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 and estimated to arrive within 1-5 working days from the original dispatch date. This is not a guaranteed service and can take longer during busy/seasonal periods, therefore please allow up to 7 working days from the original dispatch date. Kindly note this shipping method is not trackable and tracking information will only update once delivery has been attempted or successfully made.

Click & Collect
We offer a free Click & Collect service on all orders. Simply purchase your goods as normal, and choose the Argos Store (or other relevant shop) for Collection. Your purchase will then be sent via Royal Mail 48 to your desired store. It is then your chosen stores responsibility to inform you once your parcel has arrived and is ready for collection. 

European & International Shipping
All European and International orders are dispatched through eBay's Global Shipping program. Please note, any extra shipping costs are calculated by eBay and paid for by the customer. We dispatch orders directly to the eBay Global Shipping Hub located in the UK via Royal Mail 48.  eBay will then complete the remaining delivery process to your shipping address through their Global Shipping tracked service.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day right to withdraw on all unused items in their original state and retail packaging from the date of purchase. Please contact us through eBay messages if you wish to raise a return. We aim to respond to most queries within 24-hours (weekdays). Please note, we do not accept items back that are customer or accidental damaged, e.g. water damaged, snapped, customer repaired, tampered with, third-party repaired. Please note the item(s) will be returned to you in this instance.

Changed your mind?
Unwanted and unused items must be returned, unopened in their original retail packaging with the manufacturers seal still intact, along with all accessories that originally came with the item. Please note, return postage must be paid for by the customer in this instance. Any goods returned opened, seal broken, damaged/tampered with or not in original unopened retail packaging, will be subject to a 10-30% deduction for restocking purposes in line with eBays Partial Refund Guidelines.

Haven't receieved your item?
If you have not received your goods within 7 working days, please get in touch with us via eBay messages so we can investigate the matter further. 

Receieved the incorrect item?
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us through eBay messages so our team can investigate further, and to arrange a free return. This will allow you to send the incorrect item back to us hassle free and completely free of charge. The correct item will then be dispatched to you, dependent on stock availability. Please note this is a rare occurence caused through errors with our automated packing system.
