- We offer a 60-day hassle free refund policy as long as the void sticker is still intact on the screen. Please contact us using the eBay messaging system if you wish to start the return process. Please do not open a case, we are very good at monitoring all the messages that come in.
Terms and Conditions of Purchase
1) If the item is faulty in anyway, for a refund to be processed or a replacement to be sent you must send the item back, we offer free returns for faulty items
2) Our screens are not manufactured by the original manufacturer, this item is a high quality aftermarket screen.
3) If your item has stopped working after it has been installed, this is normally because you may have dropped it or water has gone in it. If you are within the return period you can return it for a full refund using a free postage label.
4) Our screens may differ from the brightness level on your original screen, but it is a very close match. If you are unhappy with the brightness you can post it back using a free postage label for a full refund
5) If you have cracked your item whilst installing it or ripped any cables, this is deemed as user error and the manufacturer doesn’t accept cracked screens under the warranty.
6) If your item arrived cracked please contact us on the day it was delivered so we can arranged a replacement or refund, we will issue you a free postage label to send it back to us
7) There is a 5% chance the screen you ordered from us may be 1+mm thicker than expected, if this is the case and you are not happy you can send it back for a full refund or replacement using our free postage label.

10) If you have purchased from us in the past we may not include another toolkit as this is for first time purchasers. If you need another toolkit please include a message when you checkout.

12) If we notice that you are a repair shop from either your username or address details, by either the words ‘Phone repair’ or ‘Tech Repair’ somewhere in your details, we may not include a free toolkit. Please let us know if you still need one.
