$12.30 - Small Express Post satchel (with tracking)(up to 500g)

$16.20 - Medium Express Post satchel (with tracking)(500g to 1kg)

$15.95 - Large Parcel Post satchel (standard delivery with tracking)(1kg to 3kg)

 

Combined shipping is available for multiple items in the same transaction. Please note the postage price may increase to accommodate multiple items into an appropriate size satchel. 

 

Handling time:

We aim to send your item the same day as payment (time permitting), however we have a standard 1 business day turn around.

PHOTOS 

All monitors display colours differently and may not reflect the actual colour of the item. We do our best to make sure the photos and text depict an accurate representation of the item. Sometimes larger items may be clipped on our mannequin/models to represent desired fit. We guarantee the item shown in the photo is the actual item you are bidding for/buying, however we cannot guarantee the item shown on a model/mannequin/hanger will provide the same fit on different body shapes. 




GARMENT MEASUREMENTS 

EVERY garment is measured and these measurements form part of our listing and it is the customer’s responsibility, prior to making a purchase, to compare their own body/garment measurements, with the measurements we provide. 



If you are unsure about any of the measurements or the Size Tag attached to the garment, please feel free to contact us, prior to committing to the purchase. We are more than willing to explain or provide additional measurements or re-check measurements, if needed. 




SIZE APPROX:

When you see SIZE APPROX in our listings – this means that we believe either the Size Tag attached to the garment is not quite right, based on the measurements we have taken of the garment. There are also a number of other factors that can influence our decision to provide size approximations and they are as follows: 



· Manufacturing error (ie incorrect size tag attached to the garment) 

· Original Size Tag has been removed from garment 

· The original Size Tag contains letters eg XXS / XS / S / M / L / XL / XXL, etc 

· The brand is from a different country and/or uses a different sizing method 

· The garment measurements could fit between two sizes or potentially, fit two sizes 

· Size greatly differs between brands 

· Alterations – the garment may have been altered by the previous owner 


EVERY LISTING states the original Size Tag attached to the garment. The original Size Tag will be provided and then followed by aTo Fit size, which is the approximated size we suggest the garment will fit. Please note, in cases where the size tag has been removed, we will state ‘tag removed’ or words to that effect. 



The approximated size we provide, is always based on the measurements we have taken of the garment. We have measured over 2000 garments and most times we are able to either compare the measurements with other tagged garments to establish an average size OR sometimes fit them on a woman. These measurements form part of our listing and it is the customer’s responsibility, prior to making a purchase, to compare their own body/garment measurements, with the measurements we provide. 



It is also the customer’s responsibility to read all the information provided in the listing, prior to committing to the purchase. Customers claiming they didn’t read this information, is not a reason to dispute a purchase. We do offer refunds, so please familiarise yourself with our Returns/Refunds Policy below.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES = COMBINED POSTAGE: 

Should you wish to buy more than one item, I will happily combine the postage for you. Please wait before processing payment, as I will send through an invoice with a single postage charge. Please be aware, the postage may increase, if you choose multiple items. Please refer to the POSTAGE costs outlined below. 



PAYMENT: 

Payment is required within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS from the date you win the auction or choose the buy it now option. 



I accept payment via Paypal, bank deposit and cash on pick up (for locals). 



If you choose to pay via bank deposit, please send me an email, so I can send you my bank account details. 

When you make payment, please use your Ebay User ID as the payment reference. 

I won’t send your item until your payment has cleared into my account. 



POSTAGE: 

I only send items within Australia. I currently offer the following postal services with Australia Post: 


1. Parcel Post satchels; and 

2. Express Post satchels 

All options offer tracking services. 



Parcel Post satchels take between 2 to 6 business days for delivery (not including public holidays). 



Please note that the Express Post satchels take between 1 to 3 business days for delivery. Please note  guaranteed next business day delivery is only available within nominated network postcodes (not including public holidays). If you are outside these network postcodes, please allow an extra day or two for your item to arrive. 



I currently charge the following rates on Parcel Post and Express Post satchels. 


Small satchels (up to 500g):

Parcel Post = $9.30

Express Post = $12.30

 

Medium satchels (500g to 1kg):

Parcel Post = $12.75

Express Post = $16.20

 

Large satchels (1kg to 3kg):

Parcel Post = $15.95

Express Post = $19.95

Please check that your Ebay postal address is up to date, as this is the address I will send to, unless you advise me otherwise. Also, please include your mobile phone number, as it is a requirement for Express Post satchels. 





I will post the item within ONE (1) BUSINESS DAY of receiving your payment (ie once funds have cleared in my bank account). 



I will send you a message when I have sent the item and provide you with the Ebay, Parcel Post or Express Post Satchel Sender Number for tracking purposes. 



Please note, after we have lodged your item with Australia Post, we are not personally responsible for undelivered, lost or damaged mail, during the transportation and delivery process. We will however always try to assist you, where possible, to investigate undelivered / lost mail, where tracking is part of the postage. 





RETURNS / REFUNDS: 

I love buying and selling on Ebay and want to make the experience as straightforward and pleasant for everyone. 



Please consider this purchase seriously and choose carefully before bidding/buying. 

Please ask any questions before bidding/buying. I will reply to your message within 24 hours. 



I will accept returns and process money back refunds* on the item price only. 

The Buyer must notify me via a message through Ebay as soon as they decide to return the item for a refund. 



The Buyer has THIRTY (30) BUSINESS DAYS (from delivery of the item) to return the item via an Australia Post Parcel Post satchel. No exceptions. 



The Buyer MUST pay for the postage cost to receive the item and the Buyer MUST also pay for the Australia Post Parcel Post satchel cost to return the item. The satchel MUST be lodged at an Australia Post outlet, as the Buyer will receive of lodgement receipt. 



Postage costs WILL NOT be refunded. No exceptions. 



The Buyer must notify me via a message through Ebay of the Australia Post Parcel Post Tracking Number when they have sent the item. 



The Buyer must also package the item for return in the same way they received it ie item must be neatly folded, then wrapped in tissue paper and placed inside a clean plastic bag. 



If the item is BRAND NEW WITH TAG, the swing/price tags must still be attached to the garment. No exceptions. 



The item must be returned in the same condition as it arrived.  All anomalies/faults (if any) will be noted in my Ebay listing. I keep photos and detailed records of all items. 



If any of these terms are not met, I will not process the refund. 



I will process refunds within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS (from when I receive the item). 



*If you paid for the item via PayPal, I will refund via PayPal only. (Please be aware I will not reimburse PayPal fees). 

If you paid for the item via Bank Deposit, I will refund via Bank Deposit only. 



FEEDBACK: 

If you are satisfied with your item, please leave feedback as soon as possible after receipt of your item. 

I will leave feedback for you, once the transaction is finalised.
