Q) What condition are your products in?
A) All of our products are NEW they have never been used on even switched on! Our main purpose is to give our customers the best quality products at a reasonable and good price. Most items are clean without any dents or scratches. There may be MINOR dents or scratches on SOME items but they are easily ignorable. Some of our products come in BOXED or UNBOXED but still BRAND NEW either way. We give them out at a sustainable price of which our customers can afford and enjoy their item of their choice. Comparing our prices to the high street market our prices are unbeatable! Unlike others, we buy in bulk therefore we can pass these savings on to you! Every item has a guarantee, some have manufacturer warranty and some of our own.
Q) Do you deliver?
A) We DO NOT deliver. ALL our items are collection ( by YOURSELVES the customer ) only! If you are not able to make it, we can arrange a courier driver from our side whom we have been using for the past 3+ years and trust him with ALL of our products. If you send an external Courier company WE WILL NOT give them the appliance.
Q) If I want to see the item before I buy it, can I do this?
A) Of course! The item is in our store - you can come and see it. We recommend our customers to come and see the item from our store. In this way you can see the item from your own perspective and be happy with your purchase! We have hundreds of different range of items please browse through our eBay selling list to view. You can choose from different ranges of makes, sizes and models! We love it when our customers can go home with our products happy and satisfied with their purchase.

Q) What if I change my mind?
A) If you take the item home but change your mind within 7 days, you can return it to us for a full-refund - as long as the item is in unused condition.
