A Note on Returns: 

Yes, we accept returns!  Returns must be done within 30 days of date of purchase.  This does not mean business days, this means 30 actual days.  Anything past that is considered final sale.  The item must be returned in it's original condition, meaning if the unit is sealed it must be returned sealed to receive a refund.

Returns can be subject to restocking fees.

Buyer pays return shipping fees.

International Sales:

We only do international sales through eBay's Global Shipper Program.  This program protects you as a buyer in case something is shipped wrong, and protects us from international shipping issues.  

Feedback:

We leave feedback as soon as possible after you have made prompt payment and we have shipped the item.  If you have an issue with your order, or something has happened to it in transit please let us know before leaving negative feedback.  We would be happy to attempt to resolve the issue.

Shipping Information:

Typically mailed in padded envelopes, with extra padding placed around the item as well.

Free Standard Shipping Via USPS, UPS or FedEx, at our discretion.  Some packages may ship with signature confirmation required.  This is also at our discretion, and is a non-negotiable for us.  We want to be certain what we ship is received by you, and it protects both parties in case of issues.
