Valentine Decor 2 16 Piece Sets of Tea Lights.  Both sets are brand new in the packages. One package is torn as shown in photo. The candles are all in brand new condition. The tea light wax is pink and each tea light has a heart inset into the wax. One package has pink hearts and one package has red hearts.The tea lights are distributed by Wal-Mart.   Look closely at the photos, they give the best description. I have never had anything lost, although Standard Shipping is not as reliable, but can be noticeably less expensive. I do not charge a handling fee. I have a smoke free and pet free home.
