Installation and use

IMPORTANT! Do not use materials that are not resistant to heating as a finishing coating: paints or reagents that change color or materials that crack or become unstuck.

The electrical installation of the system must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of current electrical safety regulations led by a specialist.

To avoid electric shock, use residual current devices and ground grid. Places of electrical connections should be isolated and places of copper bus exit should be isolated with mastic.

Do not overheat the elements above the permissible temperature. The system must be equipped with a thermostat, which should be set to a temperature not higher than 50° degrees Celsius.

It is strictly forbidden to solder the power supply wires to the heater element.

Please install the film on a firm solid screed, with copper strips down.

Do not bend the film with a radius smaller than the minimum acceptable.

It is also not allowed to heat the floor surface with additional heat sources.

1. Clean and prepare the underfloor surface.

2. Lay out the reflective insulating material over the entire surface. For fixing the heat insulator, you can use a thin double-sided adhesive tape.

3. Cut the Monocrystal™ heating film according to the plan, lay it out on the insulation material and connect with wires using clamp connectors (included in the package), for convenience, you can fasten it with adhesive tape. Places of connection are carefully insulated by means of bitumen insulation tape (included in the package).
