Turtle Tots Bedtime Dress n' Play Pack 1988 is in good condition.  The clothes have never been out of the box or played with and are in excellent condition.  The box is in good condition but does have some damage.  Please refer to pictures for condition.  I listed the item as used only because of the box damage.
